Deutsche Post AG, as the parent company of DHL Group, is a listed German corporation domiciled in Bonn. Oscar de Bok, who has been a member of the Group Board of Management since October 2019, took over the Global Forwarding, Freight Board department from Tim Scharwath effective August 16, 2025. Hendrik Venter took over responsibility for the Supply Chain division as a new member of the Board of Management. In December 2025, the mandate and contract of John Pearson as a member of the Board of Management were extended until December 31, 2029.
